The New School Resumption Date Now Monday Sept. 22 - FG

Due to the positive response by the ministry of health, the Federal Government has fixed Monday, September 22, 2014 as the new resumption date for schools across the country.

Previously, the Federal Government postponed resumption of private and public primary as well as secondary schools to October 13, 2014, as a step against the spread of the Ebola virus disease, but following a positive response given by the health minister, Onyebuchi Chukwu, on better curtailment efforts on the disease by the country, the Federal Government has now re-directed schools to re-open on September 22.
