Exercise and Sleep

Hey people, its Saturday. How is the weekend going? I will like you to see the health benefits of regular exercise/sleep, which will make you feel better, have more energy and perhaps even live longer. Enjoy.
The importance of getting enough Sleep:
1. Sleep helps the
brain for Learning and memory.
2. Sleep is important for metabolism and weight.
3. Sleep provides safety, lack of it may cause falls and mistakes such as medical errors, air traffic mishaps, and road accidents.
4. Sleep affects mood, i.e. too little sleep can also leave you too tired to do the things you like to do. 5. Serious sleep disorders have been linked to some health issues like hypertension, increased stress hormone levels, and irregular heartbeat.
 6. Sleep deprivation alters immune function, including the activity of the body's killer cells.
The importance of getting enough exercise:
 1. Exercise controls weight.
2. Exercise combats health conditions and diseases.
3. Exercise improves mood.
4. Exercise boosts energy.
5. Exercise promotes better sleep.
6. Exercise can be fun.
You can aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise every day and ensure you have enough rest and sleep. If you want to lose weight or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more.
Remember to check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you haven't exercised for a long time, have chronic health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes or arthritis, or you have any concerns.
